Little late there, I would've been worried sooner. I thought y'all were friends?? Anyway I can finally get this paper off the ground outside the manor. It's been bothering me
Turns out it's supposed to be a page from Peter Pan, which is apparently Linda's favorite book. We also found her glasses and cell phone behind the stables.
We checked her texts and found one from an unknown number that told her to meet them behind the stables at night to learn the truth! How mysterious~
And when I called that number, none other than the butler answered! *gasp* the butler did it??!
But when we go to confront the Butler he drives away, definitely trying to avoid our questions, poor guy.
So instead I follow a trail of more Peter Pan pages

Also, I hear crying even more clearly this time. It's very annoying actually.
So I run all the way back to tell Alex because she didn't come with me for some reason and then she's basically like "hm, weird…anyway I have chores to do idc" so clearly she actually doesn't care her friend is very possibly trapped in a castle?? Alex wtf??

Anyways I showed Alex a recording of the crying and then she finally got concerned, though still not much, and told me to ask the Baroness to let us in the castle to save her. You know, ask nicely, instead of just breaking in because that's your friend and she's been kidnapped and locked up in there??? I had the impression that Alex was the impulsive risk taker of the group. Is she, like, okay???
Yeah the Baroness did not take kindly to that. In fact, she threatened me if I don't stop poking around. Yikes.
