Okay, back to story quests finally!
When we left off, Lisa and I were about to go meet Evergray, who himself had only just come back from exile. Let’s go find him.
Ah, there he is arguing with Avalon. Weird to think they’re actually brothers. Do you think Avalon looks at all like him under that hood of his?
Minus all the pandoric scars, of course.
Evergray told Avalon to chill, this can’t be that big of a crisis, and who cares about the soul riders they’ll just be replaced. Yeah, Avalon, quit being so attached, we’re just human people, who cares? He did take a particular interest in me, tho. I’m sure that doesn’t mean anything.
Also we told him Dark Core has the light ceremony book and he changed his mind about how dire things are real quick lol
But we can’t talk here in town, so we had to move out to the middle of nowhere
And here’s where we learned that Evergray got exiled for “asking too many questions” as he puts it, but Avalon said he did more than that and called him a thief. Can y'all stop being so vague?!
Anyway it sounds like Evergray wasn’t too happy to just be a “keeper” of aideen, he actually wanted to use the magic he possessed. That’s understandable. I mean I’m supposed to have magic powers rn and I’m still salty we’ve hardly had the chance to use them.

It’s real foggy here. This is the best I could figure out how to show the statues by messing around with the photoeditor. I will not be doing that for any other screenshots from in here.
Taking a closer look at each of the statues reveals they’re each of the guardians, who I’ve been calling the soul horses.
Starshine’s started to glow when he stood in front of it, that’s cool.
We gathered in front of the broken fifth statue to discuss our plans.
Evergray tried to explain how portals work and honestly tbh I do not understand. All I know is he needs a special rock from where Anne is specifically in Pandoria and then we need to take that rock to the stonecutter in Dino Valley. Also tiny pandoria portals open up constantly all the time and that’s why your left sock goes missing sometimes.
Turns out, though, we need all the guardians for the portal to be opened. That’s gonna be a problem, since we’re missing Anne’s horse Concorde.
Lisa freaked out when she heard this plan isn’t going to work and stormed off so I had to go after her.
She asked why I would care anyway, since it’s not like Anne and I are friends. First of all, rude?? I’m still down to help her. Tho yeah you’re right. From what I know of Anne, at least how she was before all the soul riders got their revamps, I don’t think I would’ve liked her very much anyway lol
Still tho, we kinda need her to save the world.
The other soul riders showed up
We had a whole discussion about how frustrating it is to have to wait even longer to save Anne, but in the end there’s nothing more we can do.
We decided to split up. I’ll go help Evergray get a keystone and set up the portal, and they’ll all work on finding Concorde.
